Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating customer purchase orders, booking and setting billing plans, and post-booking executions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness, including verification of installed products, bill-to accounts, and payment conditions.
  • Book and set billing plans by entering and booking service orders and service contracts in our ERP system, ensuring all contract information is transferred to BFS, and capturing the right gross margin in ERP as per QLK.
  • Post-booking executions involve applying service entitlements and PM plans to proper service contracts, creating service work orders associated with service orders, and providing booking confirmation to customers or project engineers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues and serve as the main point of contact.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Service Planning/Coordination role along with the ability to quickly absorb technical information.
  • Collaborative mindset, excellent planning, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • A customer-centric approach, with knowledge of the IT industry, data centers, electrical distribution, and/or cooling systems an advantage.
