Project Leadership

Deliver exceptional project outcomes by spearheading strategic growth and transformation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a solid operational infrastructure, driving customer-centric services and efficiency through effective technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage assigned programs/projects within the Consumer Banking Group.
  • Lead project teams to deliver specified objectives, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations.
  • Provide input into business case initiatives, identifying associated costs, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for approved programs/projects, ensuring alignment with business cases.
  • Integrate activities across projects, managing interdependencies to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Identify, manage, and control financial and operating risks affecting projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve established project objectives, fostering open communication and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement Project Management standards and change management processes within the Consumer Banking Group.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure accurate task handling and adherence to Bank policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or business management related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Operations/Project Management, including Digital/Online Platform leadership and change-related projects.
  • Proven experience in leading Agile Methodology-based projects.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to Ortigas-based assignments.
