About this role

We're looking for a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via multiple channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media.
  • Assist customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide high-quality responses that reflect our service standards and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential for this role.
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required.
  • Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
  • An adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset is also required.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent and a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download internet speed.
