Main Responsibilities- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and chat with customers to resolve technical issues and provide product information.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Use established methods to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.
- Follow Up with Customers: Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- Experience: At least one year of work experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
