Loan Processor Role

This position supports a broker to achieve settlement targets, manage data entry into SalesTrekker/Apply Online/Loanapp/Flex, and prepare compliance documentation for proposed loans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lodge new applications with lenders and follow through to approval & settlement
  • Communicate with clients and keep them updated on progress
  • Organise valuations with lenders
  • Book and organise settlements with clients, solicitors, and lenders
  • Ensure all settled files are compliant
  • Keep the application tracker up-to-date in the CRM
  • Track commission payments
  • Manage diary and email
  • Support the broker to achieve settlement targets
  • Enter data into SalesTrekker/Apply Online/Loanapp/Flex
  • Prepare Compliance Documentation for proposed loans
Requirements
  • A stable internet connection with at least 50MBPS or upper is required
  • A personal computer
Essential Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Australian loan processing is necessary
  • Experience with Australian mortgage CRM systems and aggregator platforms is crucial

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are vital
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and loan processing software is required
  • Meticulousness in reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy is important
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service is essential
  • Effective time management skills are needed to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
