Australian Mortgage Loan Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join our team. As a key member of our mortgage brokerage, you will play a critical role in shaping property finance journeys and helping clients secure the best loan solutions.
As a Loan Processor, your primary responsibility will be to process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. This includes conducting retention pricing, preparing servicing calculators, sending welcome emails, entering data for new clients, requesting and organizing supporting documents, and more.
Daily Tasks- Conduct thorough analysis of client loan applications to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed loan options to clients, highlighting the benefits and risks of each option.
- Collaborate with brokers and lenders to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of loan applications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in lending policies to provide expert advice to clients.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Australian mortgage loan processing.
- Familiarity with pricing and valuation processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex financial information to clients.
- Bachelor's or College Degree (any field).
