Australian Mortgage Loan Processor

This is a mortgage loan processing role where you will support brokers in achieving settlement targets by managing data entry, preparing compliance documentation, and lodging new applications with lenders.
Key Responsibilities- Lodge new applications and follow through to approval & settlement with lenders.
- Communicate with clients and keep them updated on progress.
- Organize valuations and bookings for settlements.
- Ensure settled files are compliant.
- Update application trackers within the CRM system.
- Track commission payments and manage diaries and emails.
- A stable internet connection with at least 50MBPS or upper speed.
- Personal computer ownership.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in Australian loan processing required.
- Experience with Australian mortgage CRM systems and aggregator platforms necessary.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English crucial for interacting with clients, brokers, and other parties.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, loan processing software, and potentially banking computer software essential.
- Meticulousness in reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy vital.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service needed.
- Effective time management skills necessary to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
