Australian Mortgage Processing Specialist

As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will play a crucial role in supporting brokers to achieve settlement targets. Your primary responsibility will be to manage data entry into various loan processing systems and prepare compliance documentation for proposed loans.
Main Responsibilities:- Lodging new applications with lenders and following through to approval and settlement.
- Communicating with clients and keeping them updated on the progress of their applications.
- Organizing valuations with lenders and ensuring all settled files are compliant.
- Booking and organizing settlements with clients, solicitors, and lenders.
- Supporting brokers to achieve settlement targets and maintaining accurate records within the CRM.
- At least 2 years of experience in Australian loan processing is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and loan processing software is necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are crucial for interacting with clients and other parties.
- Meticulousness in reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy is essential.
