Job Description

Mortgage loan processors play a pivotal role in supporting brokers to achieve settlement targets, manage data entry into various platforms, and prepare compliance documentation for proposed loans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lodge new applications with lenders, follow through to approval and settlement.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them updated on progress.
  • Organise valuations with lenders, book and arrange settlements with clients, solicitors, and lenders.
  • Ensure settled files are compliant.
  • Update the application tracker within the CRM.
  • Track commission payments.
  • Manage diaries and emails.
  • Support the broker to achieve settlement targets.
  • Perform data entry into multiple platforms.
  • Prepare compliance documentation for proposed loans.
Requirements
  • A stable internet connection with at least 50MBPS or higher.
  • A personal computer.
Key Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Australian loan processing is essential.
  • Proficiency in Australian mortgage CRM systems and aggregator platforms.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and loan processing software.
  • Meticulousness in reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
