Job Title: Marketing Officer

The role of the Marketing Officer is a crucial one in our organization, as it involves generating new business opportunities and creating value propositions for existing clients to achieve exponential growth.

This position primarily supports the Loans Marketing Group by soliciting and acquiring new clients, providing product solutions using the sales process, and meeting targets set by the Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for accrediting and re-activating agents, utilizing social media for marketing campaigns, and ensuring compliance with policies and frameworks.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Marketing Officer will oversee and assist Loan Agents in leads/sales acquisition efforts, manage Client Application Forms and Requirements, and maintain copies of CAMs and related documents. They will also report sales performance per Agent and per channel used, submit sales reports, and report violations against the Service Agreement, policies, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related field and have relevant experience in sales or marketing, relationship management, or any similar field. Additionally, they should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work under pressure, friendly and personable demeanor, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
