You will be part of the management team and collaborate closely with leadership to achieve company goals. Other key responsibilities include planning ahead, being proactive to ensure zero downtime in operations, exhibiting excellent customer service aligned with our values, and continuously improving IT knowledge through training and skill development.

Requirements:
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in IT support roles within corporate Service Desks or technical support environments, accompanied by a background in customer service or IT service desk analysis.
  • Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in operating systems: Mac, Linux, Windows.
  • Knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware components and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Windows networking, LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, firewall administration, and mobile devices.
  • Familiarity with resolving remote connectivity issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in supporting Macs.
  • Knowledge of routers and firewalls.
  • Skill in troubleshooting, Linux, and web hosting knowledge.
