We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries via various channels including inbound phones, live support, and email.
- Provide accurate and concise information in a professional and personable manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries through Live Chat, email, and phone calls.
- Accurately document each customer interaction while upholding the highest levels of integrity, service, and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and approach towards customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience communicating with customers over Email, Webchat, and Phones.
- Able to work with minimal supervision from QA Lead and CSM.
What to Expect:
- Pure email - non-voice task or Blended (Email, Chat, and Voice).
- Work From Home setup.
- Final interview with clients.
- 1 week training specific to the queue they will be supporting.
- Comfortable with direct client interactions.
- Open to work on opportunities and direct feedback from clients.
- 2 to 3 months project based employment.
