Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Client Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse management systems and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting clients and troubleshooting issues with the system
  • Identifying and resolving mid to complex problems
  • Creating documentation and providing solutions to clients
  • Understanding business processes and communicating effectively with the implementation team
Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Requirements

  • Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience developing for or supporting Microsoft's SQL Server Business Intelligence (BI) stack
  • Basic knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Database Administrator experience; performance tuning

  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with team members, customers, and vendors
  • Good communication skills – ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written mediums
  • Knowledge of Agile work practices
  • Ability to organize own work based on priorities established
  • Documented and proven experience in client service
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT-related environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft's SQL Server Business Intelligence (BI) development
  • Strong understanding and experience manipulating relational database schemas
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
  • Professional demeanor and ability to develop effective working relationships with team members and end users
  • Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently as well as within a team environment
