Job Overview

A Property Manager position is available with Rent Manager experience required. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and accurate financial reporting.

This involves managing assigned properties to ensure they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations, overseeing rent collection, enforcing lease terms, and processing accounts payable/receivable through Rent Manager.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily property operations, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant.
  • Oversee rent collection, enforce lease terms, and follow up on late payments using Rent Manager.
  • Process accounts payable/receivable and generate financial reports.
  • Market vacant units, screen tenants, and manage lease agreements.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and compliance.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager.
  • Strong proficiency in Rent Manager software.
  • Knowledge of property management operations, leasing, and tenant relations.
  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
