Job Description

The Senior Operations Coordinator is responsible for leading a team and managing daily operations at a residential facility. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure seamless execution of tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to reservations, admissions, and general upkeep of the facilities.
  • Process reservations and applications, prepare reservation forms, and receive/distribute documents.
  • Conduct regular inspections and schedule repairs, coordinating with the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Manage room check-in and check-out processes, ensuring rooms are ready and clean-up is completed.
  • Provide orientation, manage emergency bags, and respond to inquiries and requests from residents.
Requirements:
  • Technological Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Records Management: Knowledge of data privacy compliance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written/oral communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work collaboratively.
  • Guest Relationship Management: Ability to manage guest-related needs.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Skilled in handling inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Education And Experience Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
