Data Insights Leader

A strategic leader with exceptional analytical skills is required to spearhead our reporting operations, lead a team of data analysts, and deliver actionable insights that inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and maintain enterprise-level dashboards aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Manage a team of 5–10 analysts and ensure consistent reporting standards.
- Conduct quality audits and enforce data integrity protocols.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting or data leadership roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
- Experience managing data teams and presenting to executives.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Asana).
