About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a BI Analyst, you will play a vital role in leading our decisions for customers and partners by developing and providing data-driven insights through analysis and reporting.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Mine data from various sources to design impact recommendations for our partners.
  • Create specifications for reports and analysis based on in-depth assessments of our needs and available data.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality data is available for analysis.
  • Engage daily with partners to understand their questions and provide accurate documentation and analysis.
Your Requirements
  • Proficient knowledge of advanced analysis tools, including OLTP/OLAP data structures, Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI, and Business Objects.
  • Proficient knowledge of domain languages, such as SQL Query and HIVE QL.
  • Apply moderately complex statistical methods, including deviations and quartiles.
  • 2-5 years of related experience reflecting necessary skills and talent.
  • Practical sales motion knowledge and industry understanding in areas like hardware, software, SaaS, healthcare, or industrial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in computer science, finance, or statistics/mathematics.
