Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Data Architecture Head to spearhead our data transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data architecture strategy, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient data platforms, pipelines, and integration frameworks across cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of data-driven insights into decision-making processes.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing data architecture team, fostering a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise data architecture or engineering leadership roles, preferably in the banking/financial services sector.
  • Profound knowledge of data modeling, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), integration frameworks, and tools like Kafka, Spark.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, data privacy laws, and financial compliance/reporting standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a strategic mindset and passion for building data-centric cultures.
