Job Title: Head, Analytics Solutions and Enablement

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics and experience in driving business growth through data-driven insights. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions, providing strategic insights, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance dashboards and reports to monitor and optimize performance. The successful candidate will also lead efforts in reducing operational costs through process automation and optimization using analytics.

Other key responsibilities include evaluating, selecting, and implementing advanced analytics tools and platforms, developing methods to quantify the impact of analytics initiatives on business performance, and staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in data analytics and artificial intelligence.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 8 years of analytical and financial services experience, preferably in the credit card industry. A strong ability to build partnerships with cross-functional teams is essential, as is excellent problem-solving skills to proactively address business questions with innovative data-driven solutions.

A degree in business, statistical, or mathematical course is required, along with strong working knowledge of programming and database facility software such as SAS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Project management skills are also highly valued, as is the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Furthermore, the ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical capabilities, including the ability to process, analyze, and interpret statistical data and recommend actions based on available information.
