Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Data Insights Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data handling, analytics, and CRM exposure.

This role is predominantly focused on data-related tasks including data collection, analysis, and modeling using Excel and SQL.

The successful candidate will also assist with CRM setup and maintenance, ensuring data integrity and supporting data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Perform data analysis using Zoho Analytics and SQL to support business decisions.
    • Develop and maintain data models and databases.
    • Generate reports and dashboards to visualize data insights.
    • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within the data.
  • Data Collection and Management:
    • Assist in the setup and maintenance of CRM systems.
    • Ensure accurate data entry and data integrity within the CRM.
    • Develop and implement data collection processes.
    • Conduct data cleaning and validation to ensure data quality.
  • Programming and Data Modeling:
    • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
    • Develop basic scripts or programs to automate data processing tasks.
    • Assist in the development of data models and schemas.
  • CRM Support:
    • Provide support for CRM-related issues and queries.
    • Assist in configuring and customizing CRM systems to meet business needs.
    • Train staff on CRM usage and best data practices.
    • Work with CRM vendors or IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.
    • Present data findings and insights to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve data workflows.
    • Document processes and create user guides for data-related tasks.
