Your Role: Business Advisor

You will play a key role in helping small business owners succeed by guiding them through the process of building business credit.

  • Consult with clients over the phone and email to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Utilize online systems like HubSpot to manage tasks and client communication effectively.

A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills, fluent in English, and comfortable working remotely. You should be tech-savvy, a team player, responsible, and proactive.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
