Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. You will be responsible for performing month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entry postings, and accurate, organized reporting. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation and filing of annual tax returns and conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in accounts receivable, payroll processing, accounts payable, and month-end close procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero), Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
