Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our team as a Financial Planning Specialist. This role will oversee financial operations for various entities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage entity-level and group-wide financial processes, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and inter-company coordination.
  • Develop and implement financial controls to support group growth and ensure tax efficiency.
  • Coordinate external audits for all entities and prepare group audit schedules.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CA certification required.
  • Minimum of 7 years in financial management with at least 3 years of experience working within a multi-entity group structure.
Desirable Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Xero or similar ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with expense management tools and strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
