Job Title: Customer Experience Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the customer experience for our Apparel store. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving shopping experiences and advocating for customer interests in business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Experience Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Represent customer interests in business decisions, ensuring that customer feedback and insights inform key strategic choices.
  • Monitor and report on customer experience KPIs, driving continuous improvement and follow-up on action items.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric solutions and manage escalation processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • A proven ability to lead and manage team leaders and members, with different scopes and lead indicators to monitor.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and confidence when facing challenges to ensure excellent customer experiences.
  • A continuous learning and growth mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; positive work attitude.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to effectively follow up and monitor action items and KPIs.
  • A responsible team player who works well with others.
  • Able to make sound decisions independently.
