Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.

">Job Description

The Key Account Manager will work closely with online sellers to ensure their accounts are well-managed and up-to-date with market trends. You will perform research using different social media platforms and other online sources to provide valuable insights that will help sellers maximize their potential growth and earnings.

You will also partner with online sellers to increase their revenue by providing tips and best practices on how to improve their account management skills. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients and business leaders to develop new ideas and strategies to improve the business.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with sellers and serving as a knowledge source for them to drive positive experiences.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; 1 year of relevant experience in sales and marketing, account management, B2B, business development, and seller support.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, creative mindset, and ability to perform research as needed.
  • Demonstrates business communication skills with the ability to carry a consultative type of conversation when engaging with sellers, ability to articulate thoughts clearly, and build positive relationships with sellers via different communication channels and/or platforms.
