We are seeking a dynamic professional to support the growth of our Insurance Services, Relationship Management, and Contact Centers. This role will work on night shifts onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage activities supporting business expansion in various departments.
  • Develop and support sales presentations and responses to RFP/RFI queries.
  • Partner with Sales, Business Development, Client Services, Marketing, Insurance Services, and CCS Operations teams to develop strategic initiatives.

This position requires a strong background in the BPO industry, with experience in preparing sales presentations and executive/stakeholder business reviews. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
