About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a project that combines technology with industry leading services to create happier, healthier employees.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining custom and standard applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.

Your primary goal will be to optimize the platform's functionality, streamline business processes, and improve user experience by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.

You must collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new applications or enhancements to existing ones. Then use this information to design and develop solutions that align with our goals and expectations.

You will need to utilize programming languages like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, as well as web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create custom applications, user interfaces, and integrations with other systems.

You'll also work with Salesforce APIs to enable seamless data exchange between Salesforce and external platforms.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of your solutions by creating and executing test plans, debugging, and resolving any issues that may arise.

You will also provide ongoing support and maintenance for the applications you develop, addressing any problems or enhancements needed over time.
