Salesforce Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce consultant to join our team. As a functional consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and implement tailored solutions using Salesforce.

Your expertise in workflow configuration, project delivery, and implementation will be crucial in delivering high-quality results. You will need to gather information from clients, recommend programs or systems that would benefit their business, and provide ongoing system improvements on the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business requirements, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience in configuring Salesforce features to support clients' business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant courses
  • At least 3-4 years of experience as a Functional Consultant using Salesforce
  • Background in workflow configuration
  • Experience in project delivery role
  • Prior experience in Implementation, Upgrade, and Support
