Job Summary:

E-commerce operations specialist responsible for managing daily operational activities on Shopify and Amazon.

This includes product listings, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and order processing to ensure seamless customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience with e-commerce platforms and a proven track record of successfully driving business growth through efficient operations.

In addition, they will be able to provide support in building and optimizing marketing funnels, integrating campaigns with social media platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities also include setting up and streamlining business processes, maintaining accurate sales records, reconciling transactions, and supporting basic bookkeeping tasks.

Candidates must be highly adaptable and possess strong organizational skills to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2.5-5 years of e-commerce operations experience
  • Proven proficiency in managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
