Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead databases to ensure effective lead nurturing.
  • Research and qualify potential clients, identifying suitable leads for outreach through various channels.
  • Engage and nurture leads through targeted campaigns, including LinkedIn, email, and other mediums.
  • Foster close collaboration with the CEO to identify, convert, and retain high-value leads.
Marketing and Content Creation
  • Enhance the website's lead conversion capabilities by implementing data-driven strategies.
  • Manage the CEO's LinkedIn presence, creating engaging content and fostering meaningful connections.
  • Develop high-quality marketing materials, such as blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and email campaigns.
  • Create compelling client proposals tailored to prospective client needs.
Sales Operations and Reporting
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline for visibility into lead status and performance metrics.
  • Generate regular reports on sales and marketing performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain CRM records, accurately documenting all interactions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to track multiple leads, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in sales support, lead generation, or marketing, preferably B2B.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
