Job Description

LUXASIA is a leading beauty brand-builder in Asia Pacific, established since 1986. The company has successfully enabled market entry and brand growth for over 100 luxury beauty brands. LUXASIA has established joint ventures with major players in the industry, including LVMH Group, Revlon, Puig, Shiseido, and Orveon.

  • To drive the e-commerce/e-distribution business and own entire key account management
  • Manage brands' performance on third-party online marketplaces and handle brand stores
  • Responsible for P&L, budgeting, negotiating, and implementing marketing campaigns to optimize brand achievements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize store operations and business efficiency, including warehouse, finance, marketing, data science, and external teams
  • Determine optimal pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies for brands
  • Report and present data to key stakeholders
  • Analyse trends and forecast demand
  • Develop processes and tools to improve scalability across markets

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in the beauty category is advantageous
  • Experience working with eCommerce campaign management, platform operations management, marketplaces, or other eCommerce platforms
  • Prior experience in the beauty industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
