Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Professional to drive growth by acquiring, onboarding, and scaling new sellers and brands on our platform. This role is critical in propelling the company forward.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about e-commerce, and has a strong ability to manage relationships and drive business outcomes through data-backed strategies.

  • Lead the end-to-end acquisition of new sellers and brands onto the platform.
  • Incubate and grow newly onboarded sellers and brands by guiding them on e-commerce fundamentals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing sellers, brand partners, e-commerce enablers/agencies, distributors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and utilize performance analytics to monitor seller progress and make data-informed recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong self-starter with a can-do attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for e-commerce and digital innovation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a high level of comfort working with numbers and data.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with brand and seller partners.
