Own and refine the product roadmap, balancing customer experience with commercial objectives across key verticals like Growth, SaaS, AI, and Financial Services. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, localized solutions, ensuring high-quality outcomes and efficient execution. Analyze product performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous optimization. Champion the needs of entrepreneurs by conceptualizing features that address market gaps and user feedback. Mentor and manage a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and professional growth. The Successful Applicant Extensive experience in product management, including 3+ years leading a team. Proven track record in eCommerce, digital financial services, or similar sectors. Technical background is a must . Expertise in product metrics, user experience, and system architecture, with hands-on experience managing the full product lifecycle. Experienced in writing product roadmaps, product requirements documentation (PRD), and business requirement documentation (BRD) . Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills.
