Job Title:

A seasoned HubSpot expert is required to elevate our sales and marketing engine. This role combines technical expertise in HubSpot with strategic marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HubSpot Administration & Optimization: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
  • Build, optimize, and document workflows, pipelines, and automation processes.
  • Ensure data integrity, segmentation, and lifecycle stage management across all databases.
  • Train and support sales and marketing teams on HubSpot best practices.
  • Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution: Design and launch automated nurture campaigns, email sequences, and landing pages.
  • Optimize lead scoring, handoffs, and attribution reporting to align sales and marketing.
  • A/B test subject lines, CTAs, forms, and workflows to increase conversion.
  • Revenue & Growth Marketing: Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that attract and convert SMB executives.
  • Partner with sales leadership to drive pipeline acceleration and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage reporting dashboards to track KPIs including MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed-Won.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve campaign performance.
Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub (HubSpot certifications required).

Proven expertise in designing and managing complex workflows, automations, and integrations.

Strong marketing background with a record of B2B demand generation, inbound, and ABM.

Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot reporting, dashboards, and campaign attribution.

Exceptional communication skills with ability to partner with executives and cross-functional teams.
