Job Title: AI Training Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AI Training Specialist to join our team. As an AI Training Specialist, you will be responsible for training and fine-tuning AI models to improve their performance and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have experience in machine learning and deep learning techniques, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the quality of AI-generated code and provide human-readable summaries of your rationale
  • Solve complex coding problems and write functional and efficient code
  • Optimize code to run at maximum efficiency
  • Write robust test cases to confirm code works efficiently and effectively
  • Provide detailed explanations of how code can solve problems and evaluate various solution approaches
Requirements:
  • Complete fluency in the English language is required
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
