Job Title: Enterprise Applications Associate

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Applications Associate to join our team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • User Access Management for shore and shipboard personnel, adhering to IT security policies.
  • Process access requests from project teams to support operational continuity and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct annual user access reviews with Department Heads to ensure privileges are role-appropriate.
  • Manage daily IT support requests and incident tickets.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and access issues, restoring functionality efficiently.
  • Coordinate with IT and application teams to facilitate access to test environments.
  • Support Business Leads on change requests and access management.
  • Facilitate technical requests from Technical Management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marine Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

  • Comprehensive understanding of IT user access management, security best practices, and marine operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for connectivity and system-related issues.
  • Proficiency with IT ticketing systems and experience in cross-functional team coordination.
  • Experience in software deployment, patch management, and real-time system upgrades.
  • Knowledge of TSQL is an asset.
  • Familiarity with international maritime regulations and compliance standards.
  • Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, or related fields.
  • Understanding of IT change management and business process improvement methodologies.
