Job Description

The primary responsibility of the System Support Specialist lies in providing technical assistance to end-users concerning the operation and maintenance of software applications.

This involves resolving issues promptly, ensuring seamless application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.

Additional tasks include:

  • Assisting users with functional application/product use
  • Troubleshooting and identifying root causes of application errors
  • Monitoring both back-end and front-end application services
  • Reviewing and following up on problem tickets and system monitoring alerts
Key Competencies and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex issues
  • Understanding of basic solution architecture and networking concepts

Experience as a system support specialist in a multi-product environment is desirable. Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SCOM, PRTG, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, etc. is an added advantage.
