Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Implementation Operations Specialist to oversee the plan installation operations process and ensure successful, timely, and accurate setup of new and transitioning plans onto our platform.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up the plan platform and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely completion of team projects by prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Conduct operational work related to bulk plan conversions, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain operations procedures to optimize processes and improve productivity.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with excellent organization and time management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Flexibility, creativity, teamwork, results-driven, and collaboration skills, with experience in operations or administrative roles preferred.
Work Environment:
  • Remote work with flexible hours (45-50 hours per week).
  • US-East Coast/New York Time Zone.
