Manufacturing Planning Expert

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Planning Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and be able to plan and schedule workflow for each department and operation.

  • Develop and implement manufacturing plans to meet production schedules and lead times.
  • Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes, tools and human resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects and expedite operations that delay schedules.
  • Create production orders on time based on sequence of firing order and check available assembly to incorporate on production schedule.
  • Provide weekly planning reports related to production plan performance.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and at least 2 years relevant experience. They will also be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In addition to the technical requirements, the ideal candidate will be able to lead a team of planners and adhere to EHS practices and standards across the site.

Requirements
  • Graduate of any Bachelor's / College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient.
  • Excellent understanding on ERP system (E1,JDE or SAP)
  • Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
