Job Title: Workforce Manager

The Workforce Management team is on a mission to redefine the future of Human Capital Optimization. We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team and help us build world-class teams, ensuring optimal staffing levels, reducing absenteeism and attrition.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee workforce planning using forecast models to ensure timely allocation of resources.
  • Monitor and manage employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training teams to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Utilise Lever, MySQL, and other tools to match talent with opportunities, streamlining recruitment processes.
  • Manage offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees exiting the company.
  • Track account churn and work with leadership and Talent Acquisition to secure timely replacements.
  • Maintain a centralised database of all active employees, including organisational charts and reporting lines.
  • Provide regular workforce health updates and coordinate staffing needs with Talent Acquisition and Operations as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in a BPO or remote work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast workforce needs.
  • Proficiency in workforce tools (e.g., Lever) and data management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
