We are seeking a skilled and friendly professional to provide exceptional customer support as a Customer Support Agent.
Main Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns with efficiency and empathy.
- Utilize software solutions to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.
- Stay up-to-date on product updates and support best practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and customer support software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- A patient approach when addressing customer concerns.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

- Stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed.
