About the Role

As a strategic partner to our founder, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbox and Communication Management: You will be the primary point of contact for clients, team members, and industry partners, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Calendar Management: Optimize the founder's dynamic calendar across multiple time zones, ensuring preparedness and timeliness.
  • Project Support: Drive communication and follow-up on key real estate initiatives and deals, keeping priorities moving forward and deadlines met.
  • Travel Coordination: Handle professional and personal travel logistics end-to-end, anticipating needs and resolving disruptions.
  • Personal Logistics: Manage personal appointments and tasks, ensuring the founder's life runs smoothly.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and address administrative and operational bottlenecks before they become problems.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a high-level Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Manager, preferably supporting founders or executives.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Able to solve complex logistical problems with autonomy and creativity.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and modern productivity tools.
