Job Title:

Customer Service Specialist


Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately process, update and verify orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues and provide exceptional service via multiple channels.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, synchronize data across platforms and optimize stock management.
  • Returns & Refunds: Process return requests, coordinate replacements and handle refund transactions efficiently.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Ensure precise entry of order details, customer information and financial transactions into a centralized platform.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Communicate effectively with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, report discrepancies and implement process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in e-commerce order processing.
  • Exceptional proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills with experience in multi-channel support.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and order tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Sheets for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset to handle customer complaints and order discrepancies.
