Customer Service Representative Job Description

This role is for a Customer Service Representative who will provide exceptional customer experience to clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to inbound calls and emails.
  • Filter content from client websites.
  • Perform data research functions.
  • Provide support through troubleshooting techniques.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of BPO experience, including six months of chat support experience. Alternatively, they have one year of experience in financial payroll, transfer, and taxes. Technical support experience is an advantage but not required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Resourceful, able to multitask, and high attention to detail.
