Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to drive audience growth and demand generation through creative content and efficient marketing operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written English skills, strong graphic design abilities, and proficiency in video editing tools. They will be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Key responsibilities include driving audience growth and engagement across both brands, creating engaging content, planning scripts and shot lists, and managing the content calendar.

The successful candidate will also maintain and update websites with light SEO optimization, build and manage CRM segments, automations, and dashboards, and deliver weekly performance insights.

They will work closely with sales development representatives to coordinate sends, handoffs, and effective content utilization.

Key success criteria include consistent audience growth and reach across both brands, strong video production and graphic design capabilities, high-quality repurposed content across channels and formats, efficient marketing operations, reporting, and analytics, and strong planning and organization across multiple products and brands.

Qualifications and Skills include Excellent written English, Strong graphic design skills: expertise in Canva (preferred) and at least one of Figma/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere), including captions, subtitles, and basic motion graphics, Highly organised, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, Experience with CMS platforms, UTM tracking, basic analytics (Google Analytics/LinkedIn), and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva)
