SEO Marketing Specialist Role

The position of SEO Marketing Specialist is designed to develop and implement effective search engine optimization strategies for local audiences in Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword strategy, and ranking factors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored SEO strategies for local markets.
  • Execute on-page and off-page optimization, including internal linking and content structuring.
  • Lead link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to improve domain authority.
  • Conduct on-site and off-site SEO optimisation, such as website audits, tagging of images metadata, updating the sitemap, link building, disavowing bad links, and more.
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry trends to keep strategies effective.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of search engine algorithms, keyword strategy, and ranking factors.
  • Hands-on expertise with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Strong skills in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and performance tracking.

Preferred / Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience handling international SEO projects (UK, US, or global markets).
  • Experience producing SEO reports with keyword trends, insights, and search performance.

Working Hours and Details:

  • Working hours: Wednesday to Friday, 8 hours per day between 9:00 AM-6:00 PM SGT (GMT+8)
  • Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
