Accounting Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be proficient in utilizing QuickBooks software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track financial transactions, prepare budgets, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports as required.
  • Monitor cash flow, receipts, payroll, and other financial dealings of clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience as an accountant/bookkeeper.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Proficient in utilizing QuickBooks software.
  • Knowledge of other accounting software is a plus.
  • CPA license is preferred but not required.
