What is the role that we need? The Corporate Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with financial regulations. This role involves reviewing and redesigning existing accounting processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, the role requires strong stakeholder management skills to effectively present and communicate process changes and secure buy-in from key internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the company's accounting functions, including property accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Review existing accounting processes, identify inefficiencies, and design improved workflows that enhance accuracy, speed, and compliance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings and reporting.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging automation and technology where applicable.
  • Collaborate with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to align accounting practices with overall business strategy.
  • Prepare and present financial data, process changes, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Manage audits and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 1-3 years relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to analyze and optimize accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (quickbooks)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive process improvements.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence key decision-makers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in corporate finance within a multinational or BPO environment.
  • Familiarity with process automation tools and digital transformation initiatives in finance.
