Job Description

This role supports the execution of retail marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across all retail channels, and driving sales through innovative marketing strategies.

The Retail Marketing Specialist will develop and execute retail marketing campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align marketing efforts with retail strategies. Additionally, the specialist will manage retail marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives across different retail partners.

A key responsibility is to align with the sales team on marketing budgets, influencer budgets, events, and activations.

Marketing materials such as wholesale catalogs, brochures, and various creatives must be created by the specialist.

Tracking and analyzing retail marketing performance metrics is crucial to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

The Retail Marketing Specialist will also develop co-branded marketing initiatives with retail partners to drive brand awareness and sales.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights is vital to inform marketing decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or a related field (experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred).

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other design software is a plus.

Passion for beauty, hair care, and consumer trends.
