Our Retail Marketing Expert will oversee the effective management of our retail operations, ensuring seamless execution across various channels.Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of new store openings, including design, budgeting, and asset distribution nationwide.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure accurate handling and storage of legal documents within our BPM System.
  • Store Expansion: Develop and implement strategic plans for shop expansion, analyzing asset saturation and distribution nationwide.
  • Asset Management: Monitor and manage assets, including exclusive stores, SIS/Corner units, signage, and laptop stands.
  • Retail Operations: Optimize online sales data, e-Sales, and channel maps to maximize retail asset performance.
  • Marketing Claims: Manage project timelines, post-events, and marketing claims for retail operations.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Channel Marketing Budget Execution: Effectively manage and execute marketing budgets for various channels.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, innovate existing procedures, and adjust practices to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with proven track record.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
  • Driven by motivation to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, passionate about people development, cost management, and effective leadership.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the city, including visits to malls.
